  • Returns
    • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or through our return/ contact page to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
    • No Return: on personalized products/ custom designed items, we have a no-return policy unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
  • Refunds
    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • No Refund: on personalized products/ custom designed items, we have a no-return policy unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
  • Replacements
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number for a swift resolution. We will ship the replacement product within 3-5 working days from receipt of damaged/ defective products.
  • Exchanges
    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the replacement item promptly.
  • Shipping
    • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
